(10) Original letter of offer from Griffith University at which I propose to study. The offer letter indicate my proposed entry level, course name, and proposed start and entry date (In the envelope from University)
(11)Clear copy of my highest formal educational qualification and notarized educational qualification certificate, showing my current educational level
(12) Original academic transcript
(13) Original certificate showing my IELTS score on ……., 2004 (Band 6.5)
(14) Statement of purpose
(15) Signed letter of Financial Guarantee from my parents
(16) Evidence of the financial ability available to support me whilst I study in Australia
Original bank certificates of deposit and still in the bank AND clear copies of bank passbooks and bank deposit slips. And the money has a savings history in a bank for a period of at least six months. Original certificate of creditability personal consumption loan

(19) Original document about my parents’ income and employment
(20) Original document about my income and employment
(21) Certificate of approval of my work unit
(22) Certificate of relationship with my parents
(23) Original recommendation from my employer

(26) A notarized my birth certificate
