Is PEP a fund manager or merchant bank? (continue from previous discussion...). I believe neither. They rather sound like a botique management consulting firm.
If they are a fund manager, where's the source of the 1 billion payout? How much have they got in FUM?y Yw+cu){$U'V
I question it a bit because they seem to have really good ppl, but 1 bil payout (if in AUD) still sound ridiculous (as equity partners don't generally "get paid").
Btw, if they are "equity partners" as their name implies... who do you refer to as "the boss"?

Discussion started on the 1 billion payout. However, that seems to me just to be no where near to be realistic. That's how curiosity aroused to find out more on the greener pasture that we didn't know about.

That's FUM worldwide. It's not that rare for gaint global asset managers to have FUM in trillions. I think some not so well known ones such as SwissRe are not far away from (if not already exceeding) 12 zeros in FUM. yeh yeh i may have misread the figure Investment Banking
