如果够资格，并且有澳大利亚雇主担保的话，就可以申请4年的457签证。

建议你先去一下网站查询相关课程信息，你可以考虑各个州的公立TAFE学院课程，2年的DIPLOMA OF HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT,其中需要包括certificate 3 incommercial cookery 的关键部分。就可以获得职业评估60分。

急问：本人现在在悉尼，想申请州政府担保，今天到一个华人中介问费用。他们的收费是大约4000澳币左右，分三个STEPS，第一个STEP是连CPA评估及州政府担保一起做，不管成功与否也要收1500块左右（不可以把CPA和州担保申请分开收费）； 第二个STEP就是一但有了州担保以后就向移民局申请，收费是1000多块左右；第三步就是拿到临居VISA以后再收余下的1000多块。以上只是他们的手续费，均不包括移民局所有的正常费用，而且就要我明天交钱。

你可以考虑再加读一个半年或者1年的GRADUATE DIPLOMA或MASTER(主修TESOL OR TEACHING).

去邮局查询邮寄的材料是否已经被移民局签收，移民申请费用是否已经从信用卡中扣除，或者买的支票是否已经被移民局转账了。
